The new EFA inspection system is the next step towards effective and consistent quality assurance at TAUBE ELECTRONIC. Our initial sample inspections are now even safer and faster. A full-format camera generates high-resolution images of an assembly, which are processed by the EFA software. All components are consistently beeing checked for presence, polarity and correctness. Various very useful routines are made available to the operator for this purpose. Since the employees were involved in the suitability tests and evaluation before the system was purchased, the implementation
